1. General provisions

The website www.stolicezaugostiteljstvo.hr is intended for legal entities (B2B business), i.e. catering facilities, hotels, restaurants and other business entities that need professional furniture.

2. Orders

All products shown on the site serve as an informative presentation of the offer.

Due to the various options for selecting materials, colors, and quantities, orders are placed via inquiry, after which we send an offer with a delivery date and exact specifications.

3. Payment terms

Payment is made under the following conditions:

  • 50% in advance – after confirmation of the order and acceptance of the offer

  • 50% of the remaining amount – no later than 10 days before delivery of the goods

Without the received advance payment, the order will not be processed. Delivery is made only after the total payment has been recorded.

4. Delivery and shipping

Delivery time depends on the specific model, quantity and individual specification. The customer will be informed in a timely manner about the exact delivery date.

Delivery can be arranged:

  • own transport

  • through an authorized delivery service

  • by personal pickup at our warehouse

The delivery price will be clearly indicated in the offer.

5. Complaints and returns

Complaints about visible damage or errors in delivery must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the goods, with mandatory photo documentation.

Given that the products are made to order, the return of the goods is not possible except in the case of a material defect or delivery error.

7. Data protection

All information we receive from customers (company name, OIB, address, contact information) is used solely for the purpose of processing orders and is not passed on to third parties.

8. Jurisdiction

In the event of a dispute, the competent court is the one based at the headquarters of Tapetarstvo Krnjak j.d.o.o.
